Update!

I can't believe we have hit week 33. I am starting to panic about what I need to do and what I haven't done. Never did I think we would be this far along. I am so excited, I could explode.
At this point, we are doing twice weekly non stress tests with K and the babies. A non stress test is a simple, noninvasive procedure that involves monitoring the babies heartbeat to make sure they are getting the oxygen they needs through the placenta. It is done in high risk pregnancies or if you have high blood pressure.
The babies are doing great, but K’s blood pressure has continued to go up and she has been having regular contractions (as I understand, too regular for Braxton Hicks), not to mention it is hot and she is pretty miserable. The doctor has decided she needs to be on bed rest until we meet on Wednesday with him. So- Josh and I are doing the hospital tour tonight solo…
We will keep you posted!
